This past week, I worked on touching up my third project and came close to having it completely done. I fixed it up a lot and like the way it turned out. I also worked on sketching my fourth project and now have that done too. I was planning on having a mix of colors for the surprised emotion for this piece, but that would have messed with the whole display if the rest are monochromatic. I did some research on the psychology of colors and decided orange would be best for this piece. Now this week I will most likely have this project completed and start two more next week.
This is my blog entry from two weeks ago, since I accidental forgot about it. Anyway, I came close to finishing a third piece and have come up with a plan for the rest of the course. The third piece I finished is my little brother with a sad face painted in monochromatic blue to represent his emotion. There was some mess ups in the piece so I had to go back and fix some things eventually. The plan I want to follow is finish my fourth project next week and then start two of them over thanksgiving break. With the time I have at home over the cource of that break, I feel that I can focus in for longer periods of time and work.
Last week I completely finished two projects and I am happy with the way they turned out. Finishing these two projects allowed me to better understand the process and figure out problems along the way, so I can avoid them for the rest of my projects. This week I am planning to start two projects and have one at home and one in school, so I can work on both of them at the same time. To stay on track, both of these new pieces should be completed by Sunday, November 10th, which is feasible if I use my time wisely.
